Within the group, Koray GYO, one of Turkey’s prominent real estate investment trusts, began its operations in December 1996 as a joint venture between Koray Group and Yapı ve Kredi Bankası. As of May 2021, with the acquisition of Yapı ve Kredi Bank’s shares by Koray Gayrimenkul ve Yatırım A.Ş., it became part of the Koray Group. Koray GYO actively sells three projects in Göktürk: Liberte, Upland, and İstanbul İstanbul. New project development activities continue in Maslak, Ömerli, and Göktürk.
